Very Berry Icee
Easy Sent by Nicole in Issaquah, WA Ingredients: 2 cups frozen strawberries or raspberries 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice 1. Partially thaw frozen berries by setting them out in a bowl until just a little icy. Do not drain. 2. Put berries, water, honey, and lemon juice into a
blender. Cover and blend on high until mixture is smooth. 3. Pour mixture into a loaf pan and cover with foil. Put the pan in the freezer for about 6 hours or until firm. 4.
Remove the pan from the freezer about 15 minutes before serving. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop into bowls. |

Peanut-banana-butter Crackers Easy Ingredients:
1 ripe squishy banana, peeled 1/4 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky soda crackers 1. Smash the banana in a bowl and stir in peanut butter. 2.
Spread mixture on crackers and serve immediately so the banana doesn't turn brown! |

Frozen Fruit
Easy Ingredients: 1 large can chunky fruit cocktail Whipped topping 1. Freeze the can of fruit. 2.
After frozen, remove both ends of can and push the fruit out. Cut into 3 or 4 slices. Serve each slice with whipped topping on top. |

Medium Ingredients: 3 cups strawberries, cut up
2 cups mini marshmallows 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup apples, diced 1/3 cup green grapes, cut in half 1/2 cup whip cream 1. Combine strawberries, marshmallows, and sugar. Cover and chill for at
least 4 hours. 2. Just before serving, add apples and grapes. 3. Gently stir in whipped cream. |
